Our Ag students visited Ms. Marshall’s class to share the book How Did That Get in My Lunchbox? It was a great opportunity for our #GreenonKnights students to learn about where their food comes from and the hard work that goes into getting it from farm to table!

Happy National School Counseling Week!
This week, we celebrate our incredible Greenon Local Schools counselors who support, guide, and inspire our students every day- they make such a difference in every #GreenonKnights journey.
Help us give a HUGE thank you to our counselors for their dedication and hard work! #SchoolCounselingWeek #ThankYouCounselors

Yesterday, our 1st graders joined students worldwide in Global School Play Day!
Our #GreenonKnights classrooms were filled with the joy of unstructured play, without the use of screens. Play isn’t just fun—it builds teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills!

• use of our AG shop/tools/equipment
... and they created some pretty cool pieces! We love watching our #GreenonKnights hands on learning!

Help us give a #GreenonKnights welcome to Jamie Newland, Head Softball Coach 🥎 Read a bit about her below!
Name: Jamie Newland
Years Coaching: I come to Greenon softball with 6 years of coaching experience at both the high school and travel level. Prior to coaching, I played Varsity Softball, competitive travel ball, and collegiate softball.
🥎What drew you to the opportunity to coach softball at Greenon?
I have been wanting to get back into coaching high school, and after umpiring a few games for the Enon Youth softball program I realized how much effort was getting put into the softball community. When the position opened up I felt like it was a perfect fit.
🥎Can you share your coaching philosophy and plan to instill it here at Greenon?
My coaching philosophy is to create a positive environment and program that encourages athletes to learn and succeed both on and off the playing field.
🥎What are your short and long term goals?
Short term, I want to build a fundamentally sound program that continues to improve year after year.
Long term, I want to have a program that shows up to the conference tournament with the expectation of winning ball games.
