  • Parent ID

  • Proof of Residence

  • Vaccination Records

  • Most Recent Court Documents (if applicable)

Enrollment for 2026-2027 School Year

Preschool Enrollment for 2026-2027
The Clark County Educational Service Center manages Greenon's preschool program. For preschool, please contact the Clark County ESC at 937-325-7671 to enroll.

Kindergarten Enrollment for 2026-2027
Kindergarten enrollment opens April 1, 2026. To enroll in Kindergarten, students must be five years old by the first day of school, and a resident of the district. Your first step is to create an account in FinalForms and complete the forms. Upon completion of Final Forms & all documents are uploaded, you will receive an email to select a screening time.

1st to 12th Grade Enrollment for 2026-2027
To enroll a 1st through 12th Grade student for the 2026-2027 school year, students must be residents of the district.

Non-District Residents/Open Enrollment for 2026-2027
Open Enrollment will open on April 1, 2026. If you are not a district resident and are interested in applying for open enrollment, please complete the Open Enrollment Application and send it to the Greenon K-12 campus, Attn: Heather Dillon. If you are a current Open Enrolled student, update your FinalForms accordingly.
