Students from Mrs. Fenwick's class got to break out of an Edgar Allan Poe escape room! During the escape room activity, students had to 'break' the locks by finding clues hidden in the room. The clues led them to QR codes that took them to Poe-related websites or links to stories that they read in class. 📚 The Cask of Amontillado 📚 The Raven 📚 The Fall of the House of Usher 📚 The Tell-Tale Heart Once students unlocked all five codes, they could officially escape from the House of Usher!

As part of their Motion and Forces unit, Mrs. Kestner's Advanced Physical Science classes designed ways to protect their 🎃pumpkin🎃 from breaking when dropped from the 2nd floor! The #GreenonKnights students used a variety of items to counteract the force of impact, including parachutes, pillows, and lots and lots of tape!

A group of Ms. Harper's Developing Character & Leadership #GreenonKnights students recently created a lesson on forgiveness and shared it with Mrs. Marshall’s first graders. Through the lesson and activities, they helped our younger students reflect on how forgiveness makes them feel and its importance in the future🫶 We love seeing our older students step up as positive role models to our younger students.
