Last evening, it was Staff Appreciation night at the high school football game! Our #GreenonKnights staff gathered for a pre-game tailgate and were recognized for their dedication to our students!

6th graders in Mrs. Vining and Mrs. Sommer’s classes explored what gives them joy and strength during their Sources of Strength lesson. Their posters reflect a variety of meaningful sources, from family and sports to sleep and snacks!

Reminder! Picture Day is this week!

🚌 Did you see them? Our NEW buses? 🚌
Purchased in 2022, they finally arrived and hit the road today for their first trips! These new buses are part of our plan to return to a regular purchasing cycle, keeping our fleet updated and reducing the need for costly maintenance and repairs.

Look at ALL these #GreenonKnights that participated in the Clark County Fair! Congrats on all your hard work!

Our SOS (Sources of Strength) peer leaders have been hard at work organizing and assembling fun games and activities for our 7-12 grade #GreenonKnights recess! These rotating recesses provide a great outlet for students to recharge and support the well-being of our Knights!

Our 6th graders are stepping up to help our littlest #GreenonKnights with breakfast until they get the hang of it in the mornings! Seeing our older students take care of the younger ones warms our hearts! ❤️🫶🏽

🌟 Another exciting PD Summer Adventure 🌟 Ms. Baker, Mrs. Easton, and Mrs. Ricketts recently attended a professional development session to learn about data bots!
These incredible science tools can measure 16 different types of data. They had a blast flying drones over "volcanoes" to measure CO2 levels and built the perfect golf putter by measuring the acceleration of the golf ball. 🚁⛳️

Mrs. Ricketts, 7th grade STEM teacher, just returned from a week in Washington, D.C., where she attended a personal development program with the United States Patent and Trademark Office! She dove into invention education and professional development!
Welcome back, Mrs. Ricketts! We are so excited to see how she will bring this innovative knowledge into her #GreenonKnights classroom.

Congratulations to our 2024 Clark County 4-H Royalty, Kaylee Smith, Senior at Greenon! She was named the Clark County 4-H Queen! 🍀
We cannot wait to see how well she represent our #GreenonKnights community and Clark County!
