The Greenon Athletic Boosters supports Greenon Local athletes in 7th-12th grade, including our Greenon Knights band! 

Our motto/purpose is to be the "Team behind the Team," assisting with the needs to help support our athletes/teams and help reduce athletic costs to the District. The Athletic Boosters provide additional assistance where needed to help make the entire athletic process manageable for the District and provide positive assistance to the student-athletes.  

The Athletic Boosters has recently helped with: 

• Indoor Batting Cages

• Tennis Courts Renovation and Upgrades

• Wrestling Mat

• Softball and Baseball Field Upgrades

• Variety of other small requests from the various sports teams

One of our main ways to support the athletes is by providing "MTK" Spiritwear T-shirts to all student-athletes. These "Meet The Knights" shirts allow student-athletes to support each other while attending other team events. 

We are currently in our second year of using Sign Up Genius to help solicit and organize volunteers to support sporting event concessions. This volunteer opportunity allows volunteers to earn stipends to help alleviate pay-to-play fees, support specific teams, or even help with a local non-profit.
