Greenon FFA: FFA State Officer Visit

On December 16th, 2022 we were honored to have state officer Landon Shelpman come and visit our chapter. Landon was here all day and led us in many team building and leadership activities. Including a breakout room where students had to complete three different tasks involving complicated mind games, team work, and collaboration. This helped all of us learn as a chapter that it is great to accomplish a big task, but when you work together it is even more rewarding. Landon also ate lunch with our chapter’s officer team. During this lunch he was able to discuss how the state officer team works together and how they handle complications when they arise. Being able to hear all about some of the experiences Landon has had and how he has learned from them was very helpful. This visit was a great learning experience and will help all who were able to take Landon’s message and apply it to their everyday life. Below is a picture of the Ohio FFA state officer team.
